How Long?
60 minutes in person at my home studio or your home (travel within 2 miles). A private hour to exhale, reset, and reconnect.

​Breath-led flow, restorative holds, meditation, optional journaling or reflection prompts​​. Essential oils, props, and a nurturing pace designed just for you
How to Prep?
Come as you are - comfy clothes, a bottle of water, and a willingness to soften. No experience needed.
