A Note from
Chantelle
I didn't build this to teach poses. I built it to help people get out of their heads and back into their bodies.
For years I sat in packed studio classes that left little space for reflection - move, sweat, leave, repeat. In a season where everything felt like too much - the noise, the performing, the constant output - I found something tat asked for none of that. Just breath. Movement. A place to actually land.
Santosha means contentment. Not happiness performed for anyone else - the quieter kind, the kind that comes from being fully in your own body instead of managing it from a distance. This practice was born from wanting that for myself, and for the people who needed the same thing but couldn't find it anywhere that didn't feel like a performance.
This isn't about getting it right. It's about finally being somewhere no one's watching.
You don't have to explain yourself here. Just show up.
Santosha Flows is where that work happens now - private, somatic, one-to-one. Movement, breath, and sound, used deliberately, for people ready to stop managing stress and start releasing it.
Come as you are.
