Book a class

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, our classes are designed with everyone in mind.

​

We offer currently offer 5 weekly classes, each with a unique theme and style. From flowy and dynamic to stretchy and slow, there's something for everyone, regardless of energy levels or abilities. Each class includes various modifications to ensure you receive all the benefits of yoga.

​

Classes last between 45-60 minutes. We begin with a short breathwork and grounding session and conclude with a relaxing wind-down in savasana.

PLEASE READ:

​

Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get comfortable and avoid disruptions. This also allows us to start promptly.

​

Yoga Mats: All necessary equipment is provided at Santosha Studio. For classes held at St Peter's Church, please bring your own yoga mate and props where possible. I do have limited availability.

​

If you're new to Santosha Flows, please take a moment to complete our online Health Questionnaire. It only takes 2 minutes and helps us ensure you move safely and confidently throughout your class.
