About the event

With the celebrations of Christmas behind us, you are invited to journey back to you. Come and join me in collaboration with the wonderful Emma Daisy Yoga surrounded by nature in the beautiful Cucumber Fields space. A 1 day retreat bringing together movement, mindfulness and connection. Nourish your body from the inside out with a delicious vegan lunch and spend time with like-minded friends as you take time out for yourself.

Our itinerary for the day

12:15pm - Welcome

12:30pm - Opening Meditation and Intention Setting

12:45pm - Yoga Flow with Chantelle  - A 75 min movement class to get your feeling energized and realigned from the ground up

2pm - Lunch (vegan)

3pm - Journalling

3:30pm - Yin Yoga with Emma

4:15pm - Short Break to refresh

4:30pm - Sound Healing with Emma

5:15pm - Closing

5:30pm - Thank you and Goodbye Hugs

About Emma

Emma is a wonderful yoga teacher, drawing inspiration from modern anatomy teaching and blending them with traditional yogic philosophy. Providing a safe and calm space for transformational growth, inspiration and joy.

About Cucumber Fields

A breathe of fresh air, set amongst the glorious woodlands, apple orchards and animal paddocks, Cucumber Fields is a unique and award-wnning wellness sanctuary. Set in the heart of Hertfordshire. Only 30mins by car from North London.
