The Monthly Exhale is your invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and into an hour where absolutely nothing is required of you.
Held in the intimate sanctuary of Santosha Studio, this monthly Sound Bath is a space to slow down, settle into your body and allow yourself to be supported by sound, stillness and deep rest.
You'll be guided through a gentle grounding practice before getting completely comfortable and simply receiving.
